Service Description

Your first visit includes time for a brief consultation followed by a personalized foot reflexology session. We'll discuss your client intake form, wellness goals, stress patterns and what you hope to experience from reflexology before beginning. Using focused reflexology techniques on specific reflex areas of the feet, the session is designed to encourage deep relaxation, reduce the effects of everyday stress and support a greater sense of balance and well-being.
