Service Description

Your follow-up appointments begin with a brief check-in to discuss any changes and comments since your last session, your current wellness goals, areas of stress or concern, what you hope to experience for this session. As an ARCB Certified Reflexologist, I bring a thoughtful, intuitive approach to each session, creating an experience tailored to you. My background in Acupressure and energy-based practices may also be complement the session while the reflexology work itself remains focused entirely on the feet.
